Citizenship in the New Republic of China
The New Republic of China offers safety, dignity, and purpose. As the most secure territory on all of Europa, our waters are patrolled by the brave men and women of the NRoC Navy, who eliminate alien threats and keep all travel routes protected. Citizenship is not merely a legal status — it is a commitment to the future of humanity under strong, stable leadership.
Citizenship is divided into two recognized classes:
- Hereditary Citizens: Citizens of verified Han Chinese descent, regarded as cultural stewards and upper-class members of society. Their lineage upholds the values and traditions of the Great Nation.
- Resident Citizens: All other recognized citizens. Though not of Chinese heritage, these individuals have proven loyal to the state and contribute meaningfully to its growth and security.
This classification exists to preserve cultural heritage and ensure ideological harmony. The NRoC welcomes all who work with honor, but proudly preserves its roots through guided integration.

Rights of Citizens
- Protection under the law and military defense systems.
- Access to education, healthcare, and public welfare programs.
- The right to participate in local forums and development councils, in accordance with citizenship status.
- Monthly rations calibrated to mandated work output and class designation.
- The right to raise a family within approved habitation zones.
Duties and Obligations
- Unquestioning loyalty to the New Republic of China and the Great Leader 挌义责末.
- Compliance with national laws, customs, and behavioral codes.
- Mandatory reporting of criminal, seditious, or disloyal activity.
- Fulfillment of state-assigned labor or national service roles.
- Respect for NRoC values, officials, and symbols.
Path to Citizenship
All non-citizens who seek a better life may apply for Provisional Residency Status. This status includes initial labor assignments, background screening, and cultural education. Upon successful completion of this period, individuals may be granted full Resident Citizenship. Hereditary Citizenship is reserved for those of Han Chinese heritage and may not be granted externally.
The New Republic of China calls on the worthy. Join the ranks of those who build and protect a brighter future. Safety, purpose, and honor await those who serve the state with discipline and loyalty.
